Mexican Guardian

...well actually he covers all of continental Central America, not just Mexico... but still, this guy is one of the Guardians of the Barfoo, and he focuses primarily on protecting the Barfoo Points located in Mexico (in the mountains near the ghost town of El Dorito) and in the hidden city of Arrrghltan somewhere in the Central American rain forests.

And yes, his eyebrows (whether they be tattoos or naturally like that... somehow...) are really weird. XD

I haven't decided on his name or what sort of abilities he might have... though considering that his weapon seems to be a regular ol' gun, he probably has some method of infusing bullets with Barfoo Power (or just using Barfoo Power in place of normal ammo entirely) in order to make a weapon like that actually useful against the kind of opponents that someone tasked with protecting the Barfoo Points might have to deal with (since a gun doesn't "scale" to the user's strength at all unlike a hand-to-hand weapon -- one shot is about the same whether a toddler or Superman pulled the trigger, the only difference is in terms of accuracy -- it would need a bit of a boost against any real threat.)
