Dudley the Hitmonchan Butler

A character from my Pokémon-based story "DeStaav Pokémon Investigation Bureau," who unexpectedly ended up getting a name and a bit more "screen time" than originally planned.

As he's a butler, he wears a suit and pants rather than boxing-type clothes.  That means no boxing gloves, too.  As you could probably guess by this point, I don't buy into the common but mostly nonsensical fan-theory that says "Pokémon that look like they're wearing clothes aren't actually wearing clothes, it's just part of their body."  That's almost as silly as saying that no Pokémon eats other Pokémon, or that humans in the Pokémon world don't eat Pokémon (...and yes, I've seen someone try to argue that kind of stuff before, sadly enough. >_<)

He uses Fire Punch, aimed very carefully, to light candles around the village elder's mansion.  He also knows Metronome, though he hasn't actually used that in the story (and no, before anyone says it... Metronome isn't an impossible move for a Hitmonchan! for those who don't remember, it was a TM move back in the first generation.)
