Blackbird Undertree

This... eccentric-looking fellow is Blackbird Undertree, the Guardian of the Barfoo responsible for watching over the British Isles.  His region is smaller than that of most Guardians, but that's because there's two Barfoo Points within it -- one in Ireland and another in England -- so until one or both of those points is relocated somewhere else, it's important to have someone nearby to keep track of them.

While most Guardians of the Barfoo don't make their association with the Uggy Barfoo too obvious, this guy sticks Barfoo symbols on EVERYTHING.  Look closely -- his tophat has one, his belt buckle has another, and even his tie is Barfoo-symbol-patterned (it's also purple.)

His powers are mostly undecided at this point, though I do have a vague thought in mind that he might have a technique called "Shadow of the Barfoo" which surrounds his opponent in a sphere of insanely bright golden energy which blinds them and makes it near-impossible for them to figure out where he is.
