And here's the 14th and final Guardian of the Barfoo. Unlike the other 13, she is not assigned to any specific region of the world, and instead acts as backup or support to other Guardians as necessary -- when one of them comes up against a problem they can't handle alone, or maybe just when one of them gets sick or otherwise can't do their job (presumably they can have "off days" where she covers for them, too. XD)
She's probably one of the oldest among the group, along with Takohara and the currently-unnamed African member, though I have no idea what her exact age (or even a range) might be at this point. I also haven't come up with a name or powers for her, though I figure she can ride on her broom like the "standard Halloween witch" that she somewhat resembles. (...her skin isn't green or anything, though. XD)
