Description

And this is Alberto Alfredo von Poodmu, the Guardian of the Barfoo responsible for watching over continental Europe (minus Russia, which is so huge it has its own Guardian.)  This area includes at least one Barfoo Point, located somewhere in the Vatican, though when I tried to count up the Barfoo Points recently I could only remember the locations of 14... so there's a 15th one somewhere in the world and I forgot exactly where it was supposed to be.  Whoops. XD

Anyway, Alberto is much older than he looks (he was born in the early 1920s!) and incredibly strong, perhaps having reached the absolute peak of what a "normal" human is capable of without enhancing their strength with unusual powers of some sort.  The average human, even a fairly strong one, probably wouldn't even be able to lift his sword without a great deal of effort, let alone swing it effectively... but Alberto uses it with one hand, despite the fact that it was clearly designed with two hands in mind!

Of course, being a Guardian of the Barfoo, he's infused with a small fragment of Barfoo Power, so he's capable of enhancing his strength even further (though usually he refuses to do so unless absolutely necessary, preferring to rely on his own strength alone rather than the Barfoo Power.)

Alberto was a character I first made up in 2004 or 2005, meaning he's one of the oldest (in terms of when I first came up with them) of the Guardians of the Barfoo.  Originally, he was the king of a city-state hidden somewhere in the mountains which was usually known as "Yobobo" though I sometimes combined it with another city named "Nanarrgh."  I haven't decided on what the country/city/etc. of origin for the current version of Alberto might be, though.
