#029: Water Penny

A Pokémon based on these odd little creatures that I used to find all the time in the creek back home, apparently known as "water pennies."  They were flat critters that you could find stuck to the underside of rocks, with a bunch of little legs underneath if you managed to get one off of the rock it was attached to.

This, of course, makes it a pretty good candidate for a Rock/Water Pokémon (that's actually legitimately Rock-type, not "it's Rock-type because it's revived from a fossil.")
